About ShopPilot

A seller-controlled workspace for multi-step marketplace operations.

ShopPilot helps authorized sellers prepare product files, images, mockups, and listing copy; manage connected shop profiles; create and review Etsy listings; inspect analytics; and run optional research, bridge, proxy, order, and fulfilment tools. The seller chooses the account, profile, inputs, and actions and remains responsible for reviewing the result.

Who operates ShopPilot?

ShopPilot is built and operated by Rob. Questions about the service, including security and privacy requests, reach a human through the channels on the support page.

Is ShopPilot part of Etsy?

No. ShopPilot is independently developed and operated. It uses Etsy's official API for connected features but is not endorsed, certified, sponsored, or operated by Etsy.
