How plans work
- Your plan renews by itself every 30 days until you cancel it.
- Prices are in euros (EUR) without VAT. Whop, our payment provider, adds VAT at checkout where it applies. The checkout shows the full amount before you pay.
Cancel any time
You can cancel whenever you want. Your plan keeps working until the end of the 30 days you paid for. After that it stops, and you are not charged again.
How to cancel
- Log in to your account page.
- Open the Subscription & Payments tab.
- Click Cancel subscription. Whop opens. Confirm there.
Paying in cash, or on a free plan? Email support@shoppilot.dev and we will stop it for you.
Refunds
We do not refund payments. This includes a month you have only partly used. The only exception is when the law says we must refund.
If we could not use a payment at all (for example, a shop change that came too late to apply), we give that payment back.
