Do I need a card?
No. You never enter payment details for the trial, so nothing is charged when it ends.
Is my Etsy shop safe?
You connect on Etsy's own permission page, so Shop Pilot never sees your Etsy password. Start with drafts and check each listing before it goes live. You can disconnect any time, in Shop Pilot or in your Etsy settings. What Shop Pilot can access
What do I need to install?
Shop Pilot runs in your browser. A small desktop app on your computer collects the designs and keeps your listing folders there.
Which suppliers does it work with?
Alerio for phone cases and Gelato for posters. Orders go into your own Alerio or Gelato account, and you pay the supplier directly. Shop Pilot only charges for the plan.
What happens when I upgrade?
Your trial key keeps working and everything you made stays. If you connected more shops than your plan covers, you choose which ones to keep.
