These cookies make signing in, security and links work. The site cannot work without them, so we do not ask first.
session: keeps you signed in and protects the forms you send. How long: up to 30 days when you sign in, otherwise until you close your browser.sp_csrf: stops other websites from sending forms in your name. How long: 30 days.sp_browser_device: remembers that this browser may open your workspace. How long: 1 year.sp_team_device: the same, for a team member's browser. How long: 180 days.sp_admin_session: only for ShopPilot staff, keeps the admin page signed in. How long: 8 hours.sp_ref_visitor: remembers that you came through someone's referral link, so the right person gets the referral credit. How long: 30 days.sp_partner: remembers that you came from our partner Alerio, so you get the partner offer. How long: 20 days.sp_alerio_launch: links your Alerio sign-in to this browser while it finishes. How long: 10 minutes.sp_cookie_consent: remembers your answer about analytics cookies (Accept or Reject). How long: 12 months.
Cloudflare, which protects our site, may also set its own security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell people from bots.
Analytics (only if you click Accept)
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and which pages help. It loads only after you click Accept. If you click Reject, or do not answer, it does not load and these cookies are not set.

Change your choice
Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose Accept or Reject. You can change it at any time. When you switch to Reject, we delete the Google Analytics cookies and reload the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser's settings.
Other things saved in your browser
Some pages keep small notes in your browser's storage instead of in cookies: a referral code you followed (only in that tab, gone when you close it) and, after you sign in, some settings of the app's screens. They stay in your browser.
