Include your ShopPilot account email and a redacted description. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, API secrets, proxy credentials, session cookies, or your full license key.

Security incident

Use the subject SECURITY. Include the time, affected account, and what you observed. Rotate exposed credentials immediately.

Before contacting support

Check Activity for the latest connection or workflow event.
Confirm the intended profile, shop, proxy, and mode are selected.
For an expired connection, disconnect and reconnect through Etsy OAuth.
Keep independent copies of original files; support may not be able to reconstruct deleted or overwritten data.
